Yay glitter borders!!! I got the Junior Mints Add-On specifically for those Teresa Collins glitter borders. I knew they needed to be on this page as soon as I laid eyes on them. I cut the scalloped border and layered it over itself to give the look of 2 scalloped edges behind the label at the bottom. And it’s so fabulously glittery that you can hardly tell. Well, I can hardly tell, anyway. ;)
