Q: What happened to Presale and Preview Chat?
A: Starting in February 2017, our Preview period will run from the 6th to the end of the month. During the time leading up to Reveal, we will be releasing bits and pieces of our upcoming kit, from the color palette to project sneaks from our Creative Team and more. To free up your calendar and simplify things further, we will be removing the Preview Chat and Preview Presale. Checking in on the 1st for Reveal will now be the only date to mark in your calendar, and all of your purchases can be made during our Bundling period, from the 1st to the 5th of the month.
Q: Why did this change happen?
A: Over the past few years, we have invited you to share your feedback on how we can serve you better. A common concern we've heard is that the current system is overly complicated. To streamline your experience, we have developed a new, simplified Preview for your Studio Calico subscriptions.

A: The preview page will be updated periodically throughout the month. Make sure to check back for more product images and project sneaks!
Q: Will all kits be shown on the preview page?
A: Yes, a sneak peek of each kit will be available throughout the month. We will be releasing bits and pieces of our upcoming kits, from the color palette to project sneaks from our Creative Team and more.
