No reveal or chat for me anymore which I will miss. 12.30am and 3.30am :(I wish SC had thought about us internationals plus I don't see how it works for people who work during the day. Anyway obviously it was a business decision not one that suits customers.

Does this mean that we can't see all the items for sale...only by section like scrapbook. Before we could see them all on one page. Am I mixed up?

So does this mean that if I ONLY subscribe to the Project Life kit...that I can ONLY purchase the PL addons? That I CANNOT purchase any Scrapbook or Card kit addons?! I know you all said we cannot purchase the SB or Card MAIN kits without a sub...but I didn't know that included the addons! If so, this is NOT good at all! And you will lose lots of sales! :-(

I am sure someday I'll have the new site figured out but until then, I am totally frustrated. Also, not being able to purchase add-ons from other kits until the Reveal will be the pits. It will be hard enough to order for my kit at the Presale time let alone trying to get to my computer three hours later.

Seriously I can't even see the kits I don't sub to at reveal!? I sub to PL only but prolly buy half of the SB kits at reveal, can I not do that anymore? Why would you want to prevent sales?? And I can't choose from all add ons?? I hate this new system!!

@Ladybugnina - all bundling starts on the 1st at 12am EST. I believe you are 5 hours ahead of EST, so that would be 5am in the UK.

@toribissell @IslandV @lasteve1 - During pre-sale at noon EST, subscribers will be able to purchase add-ons from the kits you subscribe to. Once Reveal starts at 3pm EST, all add-ons will be moved to the shop and anyone can purchase! This was designed to give subscribers, a first chance to purchase the add-ons that correspond with their kit.

@AmandaM I actually like the idea of giving subbers the first crack at add-ons! That is a good incentive to sub.

If I am already a subscriber why won't I get my kits automatically, why do I have to buy it in the pre-sale? And I am an international customer, this time will not work for me!

@katyscrap - I believe it will be easier once everyone sees it the first time! May take a couple of months to get used to, but hopefully you will find these changes are for the better!

i don't get why not everyone has access to carousel at presale.. its an embellishment kit... do PL AND CARD not embellish?

Yeah, I'm lucky to be able to get to presale once during the work day, let alone twice to get the add ons for other subscriptions. I can see the draw for subscribers of those kits, but this may be the deciding factor on me keeping mine.
