How do I order?

Kits are posted at 12:00am EST on the 28th of each month. At that time all kits and add-ons are available for purchase while supplies last. Upon sell-out, there will not be a link to purchase, but you may email waitinglist@studiocalico.com for preorder information.

What forms of payment does Studio Calico accept?

Studio Calico accepts payment through Paypal. Simply set up an account at www.paypal.com, or use an existing account to make purchases. With Paypal, all major debit/credit cards are accepted.

What is the price of the basic Studio Calico monthly kit?

For a one-month trial, monthly kits are $34.50 plus S&H. For a subscription (see below for terms) the rate is $29.50 plus S&H each month.

When will my credit/debit card be billed?

Your card will be billed immediately for all first time purchases including subscriptions, trial subscriptions, and add-ons. For subscribers, your card will be billed between the 28th and the 3rd of the month starting with your 2nd month of subscription.

What is the return policy?

A complete list of kit contents are included in each item description as well as a photo of each. Please review these items carefully before a purchase is made as all sales are final.

When will kits be shipped?

For subscribers, kits will be shipped by the 10th of the month provided the order and payment was received by the 5th. Kits are shipped via UPS and usually take 2-5 business days and are shipped USPS for PO Boxes and Military Bases. International customers may choose between USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class mail. Estimated shipping time for International Priority Mail and First Class mail is now the same: 10-15 days. The price difference for Priority includes a method for tracking a lost package.

What about shipping costs?

A flat rate of $6.50 is charged for all orders shipped within the United States. International customers may choose between two shipping options: USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class. Orders shipped to Canada are charged $15.00 or $8.50, respectively. All other international shipping charges are charged $25.00 or $16.50, respectively.

What are the add-on shipping costs?

All regular add-ons ship free with the main kit!!! However, at times, there will be project kits that require an extra shipping charge.

What if my kit is damaged?

We take care in packaging each kit, however, damage occasionally occurs during shipment. If your kit arrives damaged, please email us within 10 days at info@studiocalico.com. At that time, arrangements will be made to return the damaged kit, and a replacement kit will be sent to you. If your kit is no longer available, we will either extend your membership by one month or send you next month’s kit.

Can I skip kits?

Unfortunately, kits on a subscription plan may not be skipped. However, we understand there may be extenuating circumstances which will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis via email at info@studiocalico.com.

Can I cancel a subscription?

Should you wish to cancel a subscription, please email us at info@studiocalico.com. Keep in mind, there will be a $15 fee charged at time of cancellation if subscription is cancelled after the 20th of the month and/or before 6 months of subscriptions have been purchased.

How do I make changes in my shipping or billing information?

Changes in billing information must be made through your Paypal account. Address changes may be made by sending an email to info@studiocalico.com.
