Tags:I have a fun challenge for you this week! Even though computers have become our best friends when it comes to internet and typing on a keyboard, our handwriting is a mirror of our feelings. Whatever you write about deserve that you take the time and the effort with your hand and a pen :)
So this week, we challenge you to create a layout, card or Project Life spread that features your handwriting! Sounds good?
For my layout, all I need was some Studio Calico goodies, a waterbrush and black india ink. I was ready to do (try?) some calligraphy journaling!
(supplies - Patterned Papers : Studio Calico StoryTime Fairy Dust; Letter Stickers : Studio Calico Storytime Baby Girl Tiny Alpha; Stickers : Studio Calico Storytime Baby Girl 6x12 Stickers; Studio Calico Storytime Baby Girl Accent Stickers; Studio Calico Storytime Plastic Speech bubbles ; Badges : Studio Calico Thataway Adhesive Badge)
I put some black india ink on top of my craft sheet and dipped my waterbrush into the ink and started writing, adding splashes and ink dots here and there! It was so much fun!
If you feel a little scared to write your journaling right onto the photo, why don't you use a pencil and sketch before getting started with the calligraphy part?I'm sure you'll do amazing things! I journaled with a white pen about the things that make me happy in my simple life. I wrote the phrase " a simple life is best" throughout the journaling in black pen.

J'ai écrit avec des crayons noirs de 3 épaisseurs différentes et le "She" avec les paillettes "Stickles" coloris "copper" de Ranger.
