You’re going to find this hard to believe, but, not everyone is on Instagram! {GASP!} I know, I know…you may ask how can this be possible. I’m still finding it hard to believe myself!

Since we’re in the snap happy, share with everyone age, it is our duty to share our memories, even with the people who don’t have Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc. I hope today’s project inspires you to print a picture or two and send it to your loved ones that are still living without the wonders of social media! Chances are, these are the people that really matter the most!

I knew when I saw the Bluegrass Farm Cut Files by In A Creative Bubble, I just had to create a card using that adorable heart frame! I realized that a card featuring that frame would be the perfect way to share some of my Instagram photos with the ones that matter most.

I started by cutting the frame and sentiment out of white card stock. I like to cut shapes using white card stock, because it allows me the freedom to color them to match anything. I used Copic markers to color the ombre look on the sentiment and heart, but you could use most anything for this! Markers, stamp pads, colored pencils, water colors, mists….the possibilities for coloring are endless.

I printed my photo directly from my beloved iPhone using my Selphy printer. I’m no expert on photo printing or taking. I’m a card maker, not a scrap booker, but I love how quickly and easily I can print my photos directly from my beloved iPhone using my Selphy.

I trimmed the photo to fit inside my frame and adhered it to the frame using liquid glue. I like the liquid glue for jobs like this because it allows me some wiggle time to get the photo exactly where I wanted it. I chose to emboss the frame to help it jump off the white card base.

A little bit of washi from the Spaulding Bowl add on card kit, some enamel dots and foam tape…and voila! It’s simple, perfect and so mass produce-able it’s not even funny!

So what are you waiting for? Hit the craft room and share those photos with the ones you love! I’ll be looking for your projects in the gallery! Hope to see you there!
