Weekly Challenge | Happy Things with Sierra

This week, our member Sierra (username sweetsierra), is challenging you take photos of things that are making you happy lately and use them on your next project. We're excited to turn our weekly challenges over to the SC community! Check in each week as we ask one of our members to inspire you with a challenge based on one of their projects from our member gallery. My layout started as a sketch & moodboard challenge. I had a hard time picking one photo from my recent photos taken to make an 8x10 because I had mostly been taking photos with my iPhone. However, I noticed that a lot of the things I had taken pictures of lately were sort of happy little moments that added delight to my everyday life. I decided to make a collage using Shanna Noel's Basic square templates. Then I used a digital paper to fill in the rest of the squares & typed on each photo square, then resized the photo collage. I printed out the collage & used various Studio Calico items to embellish. It is always so fun to stop & think about little things that might seem so random or ordinary to other people, but might fill our own heart with joy. My challenge is for you to take a few pictures of things that have made you happy lately and scrapbook them. I look forward to seeing your creations!
