    Hi all! I posted this on the message boards, but wanted to make sure it was here as well. For this promotion, we put up as many grab bags as we had available, and unfortunately, they have sold out. I'm so sorry for those of you who weren't able to take advantage of the promotion this time - but don't worry! Samantha and the Marketing team have already decided to offer extension promotions for existing subscribers more frequently than we have in the past. There will be another opportunity for you all soon!

    Just some feedback ....I'm from Australia and woke up at 7:30am and went to buy one and its sold out. Leaves a negative sentiment about SC when you can't get these offers. You get us all excited when we read our emails only to be disappointed. Customer service is all about exceeding expectations and while I love my kits I am disappointed I always seem to miss out on these specials and add on kits. Why does such a big company like SC not have more available?

    I am from Australia as well and getting up at 1:30 am is not an option. It would be good to get a chance at some these specials and some of the add on kits as often they are the ones I am looking forward to the most.

    I agree with everyone and am disappointed that SC would make this offer without having *really* a very decent quantity. I've actually been thinking of *not* renewing so this only seems to be another sign that I might as well un-sub.

    I too am disappointed with how SC offered this to the Subscribers but then didn't have enough for everyone. I subscribe to all 3 kits and wasn't able to even get 1 grab bag and have been around since beginning of time. Its just not fair for people who are not on their phone/computer at all times to receive these messages.

    Maybe if SC would say "We have 50 grab bags, better hurry!" People would feel better about it being sold out so quickly. Transparency in business and customer service goes a very long way with people and has a wonderful way of sweetening that bitter taste customers are left with after something like this. Just a thought ...

    I regret I do have to agree with previous comments. I just gave up this last reveal and didn't allow myself to get too excited about any particular Add-on. I did try to get this grab bag but it was sold out. Love the kits, the blog, galleries, etc. but this aspect is frustrating.

    While I am a newbie to PL, and love SC PL kits, the disappointment of not being able to get to certain items is really getting to me......Seriously thinking of 'un-subbing', and taking my business elsewhere.

    This is just another reason why I am going to unsubscribe. Disappointing your customers, especially subscribers which is a guaranteed purchase, is simply poor business. Not a good thing considering the number of scrapbook storefronts that continue to go out of business.

    It's not there fault they can't give it to everyone.. everything has limits. Each one of us can only do what we can with what we have. SC was trying to do something nice and it's too bad not everyone was able to take advantage of the offer. Sorry. As mentioned above by @kelsiA they put it up as many as they had available and unfortunately they sold out. They have also said that they are planning on doing more promotions in the past - so if you missed this one you can do another one in the future.

    When I got off work I read my emails and saw your offer. I tried to sign up as soon as I saw this email and was told the grab bags were sold out. I am very frustrated! I know it says while supplies last but why offer it if you don't have enough for the majority of your subscribers? I am very annoyed! I now know what Charlie Brown feels like when Lucy snatches the ball away!

    I just got home from work and found the email so clicked on the link and they are sold out. I'm getting really tired of missing out on all the add ons and exclusive offers. Just because I live in Australia and work full time doesn't mean I should have to miss out. Please work this out Studio Calico as I am tired of having all this stuff shoved in my face and not being able to purchase them!

    Another frustrated one here. Not just with the grab bags but with sold out add-ons, stamps, etc. i thought being a subscriber will at least secure me of the stuff. But I really don't like staying up late (I'm from Manila) for reveal and then end up being frustrated that all add-ons I like were unavailable/sold out. Sigh.

    I'm on the same boat. I logged on within one hour of the email and it was sold out. I've had a subscription forever and it would have been nice to get a grab bag but I guess it just isn't in the works for me. I'm a bit disappointed.
