Hi everyone! I'm thrilled to be the guest designer this month! I currently live near Austin, Texas, with my recently graduated husband (yay!) and our sweet four year old daughter. I've been scrapbooking since childhood, when I loved adding memorabilia and photos to my journal, and of course had quite a collection of stickers. I officially found scrapbooking as we know it today in college and I dabbled in it a bit then. I picked it up again after I got married 10 years ago and started doing a Library of Memories approach as well as mini books and other theme projects. Week in the Life and December Daily are some of my favorite projects, although I've only finished a few of them. As life got busier, with working full time as a physical therapist, a new baby and getting my husband through graduate school, I've found Project Life® to work best for me for my memory keeping, although I do still love to put together other projects and pages. As for my style: I love to keep things simple and try to focus on the photos, but I do have quite a stash collection! I love traditional, hybrid and digital approaches, and I think my favorite is hybrid. I do enjoy a little sewing on my pages or other techniques when I have time, and I would love to learn and get better at other techniques, like letterpress and brush script. Finally, I love to learn and to teach others and have been a contributing teacher to Project Life Lessons at Big Picture Classes, a contributing author to the eBook Project Dig Deep by Ella Publishing/Big Picture Classes, and have been on the Elle's Studio design team. I do have a blog, but I find I primarily share my work on Instagram, and I would love to see you there!
