Congratulations to Maggie Holmes!
Tags:Saying goodbye is never easy, even when it's for a happy reason. Maggie Holmes recently announced that her family is expecting a new little boy,and we couldn't be more excited for her. Maggie has been a member of the Studio Calico community since 2008, and we've watched her kids grow up through her pages and mini books. As the Holmes family adds their sixth child to their home, Maggie will be stepping back from her roles at Studio Calico in order to focus on keeping up with those growing kids and on her own brand with Crate Paper.
Maggie has also played a role behind the scenes at SC. For the last few years, Maggie has photographed our kits and shop items. We know that online shopping can sometimes be daunting, and have relied upon Maggie to give you a good look at the products in our kits. As our selection of kits has grown, so has this job! We can't thank her enough for her attention to detail as she's given you your first look at each of the kits every month. I know it's been hard for Maggie to hand this job over to a new photographer, and she's been sharing all of the tips and tricks that she learned along the way.
We didn't want this post to end on a sad note, so we've coordinated a couple of fun giveaways! Maggie you will be missed! I always go to your blog first to see what you've done with the kits. You've been a part of SC since I've been a member. I know this has to be a very exciting time for you and you have to prioritize but please, come to SC as much as possible! :o)
I love your paper lines and collect them all..from the becky higgins pl kits to the lines with Crate Paper. I have to say that Styleboard is still my fav line of all time! Congrat's on your addition to your family, how exciting! Good Luck with your new adventures! And we can't wait to see the LO's of your new little one!
