I love Pinterest - and I know I'm not alone in that. It's a never ending source inspiration, decorating ideas, recipes and fun color combos. While I sometimes browse with the specific intent of finding a starting point for my next project, but sometimes one just finds me. Recently, a little tag sent me to my desk to start a Handbook for an upcoming trip.

When I'm working on a vacation album, I like to have an element that I can repeat throughout the book. Once I saw that tag on Pinterest, I knew that would be my element! I incorporated it into my title page design, and it will make an appearance on each of the dividers throughout the book. I switched out the heart for a star, and added it to a 2x2in pocket page protector at the start of my Handbook. I'll repeat this 2x2in pocket design throughout the album.

To finish my title page, I added BIG gold letters to a script transparency. This will be layered over a favorite photo from our trip, but since we haven't gone yet, I stole one from last year. ;) I love that I'll have this Handbook started and ready to go when we get home - and all because I saw a tag on Pinterest.
