Weekly Challenge | Alpha Love with Carson
This week, our member Carson (username Carson), is challenging you to use those alphas, and lots of them, on your next project!! We love how she mixed in some of her supplies with the Odyssey Scrapbook kit to create her very first layout! Our members are so talented and we love seeing your work in the gallery! Check back each week as we ask one of our members to inspire you with a challenge based on one of their projects from our member gallery. Be sure visit Carson to see more of her work and keep up with her!

"Hello everyone, I'm so excited to be here today to issue you a new weekly challenge! Like many of you, I buy more than I use when it comes to my supplies. This statement is especially true when it comes to my stash of alpha stickers and Thickers. I have so many now, that I'm desperate to use them (mostly so I can buy more). Last month I took advantage of the new subscriber deal to add a risk free subscription, at half the price, so I decided to jump on the scrapbook train with the Odyssey Scrapbook kit. For my very first layout (ever!), I decided to use those yellow Thickers that matched the kit so well, but had been languishing for years in my stash, and create a really graphic strip of color. My challenge for you today is to get as many alphas on your next layout as you can. Get creative, create a shape with them, use a mismatched set and paint them to match, use every unloved x, y and z in your stash, just get them out of your cupboard and onto the page. I can't wait to see what you come up with!"
Now it’s your turn to create a project based on Carson's challenge! Share your new project for the challenge in the SC gallery (add the hashtag #SCchallenge to make it easier to find!), then link up your project in the comments of this post by March 30th and to be entered to win a $5 gift card to the Studio Calico Shop! This week's challenge winner will be announced in the April 4th Layout of the Week post.
