Use the SevenPaper Baxter Dog Collection to Make a Mini Album | Jenn Picard

Hi! Jenn here to show how I put together an album dedicated to the newest member of our family, our puppy Griffin. I love the idea of starting and most importantly completing mini albums. So when I was introduced to the SevenPaper's 3 step system I knew that it would be a perfect fit for me. Our family recently got a new puppy so I just had to get the Baxter collection to scrap all of the photos I have been taking of him.

I decided to start my album with the gorgeous gold foil card from the die cuts and used it as an introduction to our puppy Griffin.

I started my album with two of my favorite photos that I took a few days after we first got him. I knew I want to let the pictures be the main focus so I just added a few embellishments. The cute little phrase stickers and a small vellum heart make the perfect little accents.

I love vellum, and the vellum wonky hearts are some of my favorite embellishments. I paired a large one with the gold alpha here.

I love how the page protectors come in both full 4x4 and also pages with 2x2 squares.

The cute phrase stickers are fun to place directly on photos or layer over other embellishments.

A quick way to change things up but still use the 4x4 is to cut the photo into smaller squares and use the divided page protectors.

It is so easy to cut up a 4x4 piece of patterned paper and use it the same way.

All in all I think assembling my album took less time then it did to choose and print out my photos. Such a perfect and fun little project to get those photos in an album that is quick and easy to assemble and share!

Supplies used: Baxter die cuts, Baxter album, Baxter Vellum hearts, Puffy shape stickers, Baxter patterned paper 024, Gold alpha, Dog phrase stickers

Such a cute album. I have a Basset too. They're such fun, photogenic dogs, you will have years of a wonderful model to capture ahead. :)

Jenn! Your puppy is adorable. Our mini doxie Casey already has an album of her own, but when I saw this one with her picture on it, I just HAD to get it. Your ideas inspire me to get going on it! Wish I'd bought some of those wonky hearts, too.
