My collection of Project Life® "books" is growing and growing and I'm so excited to share my June album with you today! Summer is always pretty crazy for us, just like it probably is for you as well. I knew I wanted to complete a monthly album of our memories this month, but I also knew that it had to be super simple and super easy. I went back and forth about the size (like I do every month, LOL), but finally decided to go with a vertical 4x6 album. This size is SO easy to work with, so if you are wanting to create an album of your own, but aren't sure what size to use, I totally recommend this size as a starting point! The 4x6 size is easy because most of the photos I print or have printed are usually 4x6. And most of the Studio Calico journaling cards and add-on cards are 4x6 sized, so it's a double bonus. This book required very little cutting or trimming and really was so easy to put together!
As you will see in my video, the base of my book is built with 4x6 journaling cards from the Galileo kits and 4x6 photos! I adhered my photos and cards back-to-back, punched holes and my book was done!
I scattered the smaller 3x4 Galileo Project Life® cards throughout the book and either punched two holes in them to create their own "page," or just one hole to create more of a "tag" in the book. This book has lots and lots of photos and memories! I sprinkled a few double page photos throughout the book just for some fun! They are definitely my all time favorite. I don't think I'll ever tire of big photos!
This album really was SO easy to put together! And just like previous months, I really enjoyed thinking outside of the box and making this project work for me!! Thanks so much for joining me today and for letting me share my albums with you each month!! Six albums done, six more to go!!
