Using the newest SevenPaper collection, Goldie!

How excited am I about the release of the Goldie collection? The short answer is very, very, very excited! Creating this line was a labor of love. Dreaming up patterns, products, and color combinations.

I wanted to make sure this line was versatile. Most of us who LOVE paper and paper-crafting don't just stay in one lane. I love stationery and Happy Mail, wrapping packages, my planner, scrapbooking, and DIYing home decor projects. That may be a lot to ask out of one line, but I think we managed to incorporate a good balance of many of these categories.

Scrapbooking I tend to keep simple and sweet either with mini albums or my traveler's notebook. I have never loved my handwriting so phrase stickers are something I KNEW I needed in this collection. In the simple album I am creating, they are acting as both the title and the journaling. The photos are capturing a small moment in time or a mood, and often I find that I prefer a simple statement to go along with that.

Cutting out tags, using punches, or my Silhouette, is one of my all time favorite things to do with paper from this collection. I can easily create embellishments for a layout or a gift. I like to mix in pompons or tassels (handmade or store-bought) and it's the perfect thing to elevate a simply wrapped gift or favor/treat bag.

My mind is somewhere between the holidays and planning a wedding this spring, and I think the line works for both. I can use this color palette all year round and that is important to me. The gold vellum heart paper would work equally with a December Daily® spread of hot cocoa and striped pajamas as it would with blush pinks and a photo of a wedding shower.

And if you're a planner girl like me? Well, you were at the forefront of my mind during all of this! The paper coordinates to make your own dividers. The specialty paper makes a fantastic dashboard. And the roller stamp! A roller stamp you use vertically to create to do lists and bullet journaling. You can take just that stamp and your planner, and you have everything you need.

I also used the heart bullet points as an embellishment on my photo. You can see that on the tag in the photo.

I can't wait to see all the wonderful ways you use this kit! I will continue making projects with the Goldie collection for a long time! You can see them in the gallery or on my instagram and periscope: ashleygoldberg
