Our Layout of the Week comes from our member JordanTenThousandBesidebe sure to follow her here in the Member Gallery.

The starting point for this weekly spread were the images of my oldest son on his last day of being 7. They showed his sweet, silly personality and I wanted to showcase that. I knew that I wanted to use the large chip board alpha to really make an impact here. These alphas quite often make appearances in my layouts. On the left side I journaled about how my daughter was Patient 0, spreading a nasty stomach virus around our house, which ended on Sunday, B's birthday, with he and I sick and in bed. :( I think besides the chipboard alpha and pictures, my favorite part of the layout is the journaling card documenting the years, months, weeks and days that he's been in our lives. I used the beautiful Lollipop Guild Documenter Kit to create this layout.
