When I started this layout all I knew was that I wanted to use the rubber 'nope' embellishment from the Savannah Documenter Kit and tell the story of how my niece reacts when she has to leave my house. I didn't even have any photos that were specific to the moment so I chose a photo I had from last year that fit nicely with the story. I was inspired by a pin on Pinterest to create the floral 'E', but since I don't have a die-cutting machine I used a craft knife to cut it out of the cardstock by hand before layering the floral underneath, I love the contrast that the floral creates with the negative aspects of the layout. To finish it off, I added a paper clip, a few fussy cut flowers, journalling from my typewriter and a stamp from the Savannah Documenter Kit. Thanks to the community for choosing my layout, you guys are awesome!
