Member Challenge | SparklinD

This week, our member Dee (SparklinD), wants you to document the sweet side of life. Our members are so talented and we love seeing your work in the gallery! Check back each week as we ask one of our members to inspire you with a challenge based on one of their projects from our member gallery. Be sure to visit Dee in the member gallery to see more of her work and keep up with her on her blog here:

A new week is here, which means a new challenge for this week and I'm honored to share it with you all!

Food is definitely one of my favorite things in life. I love to eat, cook, write, and talk about food! I'm especially a sucker for sweet stuff and that's why I have loads and loads of pictures of me munching on pastries, macarons, et cetera. Because I know I love to document these pictures (hello fun colors!) I thought I'd challenge you to do the same! Get out those pictures of yourself, your kids, your friends and document 'em with some candy colors!

I hope you feel inspired to document the sweet stuff in life and I'm definitely looking forward to your layouts! Have a great week!

Now it’s your turn to create a project based on Dee's challenge! Share your new project for the challenge in the Studio Calico gallery (add the hashtag #SCchallenge to make it easier to find!), then link up your project in the comments of this post by May 9 to be entered to win a $5 gift card to the Studio Calico Shop! This week's challenge winner will be announced in the May 14 Layout of the Week post.

Ahh sweets! A sweet layout for inspiration.
Notice the red ink splatter represents what the white TShirt looked like when he was done.
    But so worth it.

Just now realized I chose the same color background as SparklinD! It must have made an impression on me!

I really had to look for a photo with any sweets.... I've tried to eliminate those from my diet, so this photo that was taken in very bad lighting from Valentine's Day had to do. Oh, how I miss them so!!!
