Sunday Sketch | Carson Riutta

I had lots of colorful fun this week using the Scrapbook Sketch. I love what Catherine did with the "quilted" papers and tried to pull the same thing off, but with a birthday theme. I stuck very close to the sketch and even used the same embellishments, those gold stars and the green phrase chipboard. She always does such a beautiful job keeping things minimal and that's where I depart from the sketch :). I would love to be as minimal as Catherine but I have an inability to stop adding stamps, embellishments and phrase stickers. I can't wait to see what you create with this week's sketches, whether you tend toward the minimal or the eclectic!
