July 2016 Member Spotlight

This month, we would like to take time to spotlight a SC member who is sure to continuously bring positive new ideas to our Message Boards and Member Gallery. She is overflowing with creativity, she is happy to support the SC community in all that you do and she is eager for you to join her Weekly Planner Challenge! Keep reading to get to know our July Member Spotlight, Cassandra Splittgerber (cmsplitt)!

Hey there from Nebraska! I'm mommy to five amazing kiddos, ranging in age from 5 to 13, and wife to one handsome fella for almost 15 years (anniversary coming up September 1st!!) I'm the Children's music director for our local Lutheran school, and I'm also their part time teacher aide. It's a great fit for our family since we all go the same direction in the morning and afternoon, and our schedules are the same as well! It's the perfect mix of all my nerdy interests: reading, music and academics!

* I'm only 5'1 - and I hear about if from my brother and sister ALL THE TIME.....STILL.

* I love dogs, but can't own one because I'm allergic. Boo.

* I have to organize all. the. things. ALL OF THEM. It's a problem.

* I love to cook, and my husband loves to eat Schwan's. Go figure.

* My favorite season is Fall, because I hate to be hot. And humidity. And sweat.

* I sing all the time. My kids love it. Really, they do.....
