Sunday Sketch | Lisa Truesdell

This week, our scrapbook sketch is a 9" x 12" layout with side-by-side photos and a bold title. Our card sketch features a stamped title and layered embellishments, and our pocket page sketch uses a lightly embellished photo and a 3" x 4" journaling card. Creative Team member Lisa Truesdell is joining us this week and sharing how she used the week's scrapbook sketch in her traveler's notebook! I was instantly drawn to the simplicity of the sketch based on Geralyn's layout. It's a nice reminder that you don't need a lot of product to tell the story - just let your photos and words shine! Since my photos were horizontal rather than vertical, I simply stacked them and added my title to the top. Strips of washi tape replace the chipboard label from her layout, and I finished my traveler's notebook spread with a few sequins and a heart flair. Simple, easy, and a beautiful addition to my notebook.
