Sunday Sketch | Anna-Maria Wolniak

This week, our scrapbook sketch is a 9" x 12" layering patterned papers underneath its single photo, along with a bold title. Our card sketch features a stamped background with an off-center circular sentiment, and our pocket page sketch uses a stamped tag and a  3" x 4" photo collage. Creative Team member Anna-Maria Wolniak is joining us this week and sharing her take on the week's scrapbook sketch! I created a holiday version of Jen Chapin's layout which is the original composition of our scrapbook sketch this week. When I first saw the Keystone Cabin collection, I knew that I must use it in this sketch! There are so many fancy goodies inside which are putting me in the mood for Christmas!

I printed one of my favourite photos from last year's holidays. I used a big journal card with a gold letterpress phrase on it as my title, and I cut a sentence from the washi tape (one of my favourite quotes from The Grinch). 

In deciding how to use these remarkable, colorful transparencies, and I decided to also add wood veneer stars from the collection. I chose to paint some of them, using red, light blue and white shades.
