Blog: Using the Confidant Documenter Kit with Mandie

Week four was one of the busiest weeks we have had in a while. We had appointments and classes, and our neighborhood was being re-paved, which put a HUGE kink in our week. Troy and I ran a half marathon that neither of us trained for. It was just a big, messy week! But, despite all of the activity, I took so few photos! So, this week is a single 9" x 12" page.

I knew almost immediately that I wanted to use the little eyelashes on the "beauty" card. I love that quote. I had planned to use it for week two when Claire had her character interview, but I didn't take a photo! (I'm dropping the ball on getting these photos!) So, I used it this week with a picture of her before her orthodontist appointment. We all had high hopes that the braces would be off soon! Lucky girl has a beautiful heart AND a beautiful face!

I made the title card from a 4" x 6" card that I cut in half. I am trying to use all 3" x 4" pockets this year. I loved the colors on that striped card, and wanted to use it on a spread. This year, I'm also including the week's highlights in bullet form, rather than typing up full journaling. I am a terrible journaler, and decided to just embrace my weakness!
