NSD Crop Challenge | Planner Dashboard with Carla De Taboada

Hello, hello, everyone! Welcome to the National Scrapbook Day Crop Challenge! It's Carla here! For this challenge, I'm sharing a planner spread I made using the Alfresco Main Planner Kit. I thought outside the box and created a sneaker dashboard using one of the pattern papers from my kit.

My challenge for you is to create a fun dashboard using your pattern papers! You can also translate this to a project you're working on, maybe a card or a scrapbook layout! I'm so excited to see what you come up with! ♥

When you complete this challenge, upload it to the member gallery and leave a link to your project in the comments below. See ALL of the crop challenges here.

I'm not an expert, by any means, but I think it's just a cute insert that goes into a planner that's not a calendar page. Here's a website with examples: http://paperlypeople.com/12-super-fun-dashboard-ideas-for-your-diy-planner/

I don't do a planner, but I am keeping a journal of books I've read using the Popsugar 2017 Reading Challenge. So I made an insert using a downloaded copy of their list and lots of patterned papers.

I've never decorated my TN before - I just had a plastic pocket with a couple photos. I used a transparency from a past Documenter kit, some washi and chipboard to embellish it:

I needed a place in my planner to write down long term plans and dreams.
What I want to do, when I plan to do it and where I want to go (bucket list)
This light bulb was an ABM card I picked up in a grab bag sale.

I made a dashboard out of clear acetate from heavy duty recycled packaging. This dashboard will hold my most used stamps, a thin block and the acetate backing for the stamps. Now if I can only find a thin ink pad.
