Using the Alfresco Scrapbook Kit with Jamie Waters

Hi! Thanks for stopping by today's blog post. Jamie Waters here, sharing my layout with the Alfresco Scrapbook Main Kit. These light blue papers in the main Scrapbook Kit were just screaming to be mixed with a bright colorful photograph! 

I love all the fun details that come with the kit. The blocks of frames and blocks of vellum die-cuts, along with the paper die-cuts, give you so many options when it comes to making your special scrapbook page. They can be used as journaling blocks, photo captions, or just paper elements like I used them here. I tucked them underneath other embellishments for just a peek of color and texture coming through.

I often feel like I need to record the perfect conversation when I see embellishments like these, but I gave myself permission to skip that this time around and keep things easy! I hope this inspires you to think of using the die-cuts in other ways! Thanks for stopping by!
