Product Spotlight | Transparency Alphas

The transparency alphas in the "Northern Lights" Scrapbook Kit are the perfect addition to any layout! Create a title, caption a photo, or embellish a page—the possibilities are endless. Check out all the ways the Creative Team members are using the transparency alphas from December's Kit in their projects this month.

Nancy Damiano used her red transparency alphas to spell out the title of her layout, Wish. By spacing out the letters and including embellishments in between each transparency, she was able to achieve a dynamic title with a just one short word.

In her project, Cozy, our guest designer Mel Blackburn put the transparency alphas to work, not only creating a title, but also tying in the pops of red that can be found around her page. It's the perfect complementary piece to finish out her layout. 

Lisa Truesdell combined the letter and number alphas in the pack to create a title for her page, T5. She also utilized the red asterisk transparency on the other side of her photo to bring balance to her layout, while creating a visual triangle with the red heart embellishment. 

Jamie Waters used the transparency alphas to caption her project, NYC + Japan. In an otherwise cool-toned color scheme, those pops of red bring a bold element to her design. 

On her layout, Currently, Mandie Pierce added "@39" in bold transparency elements. Layered over stamping and under a chipboard embellishment, the transparencies add a dimensional touch to her spread.  

The red transparencies from the "Northern Lights" Scrapbook Kit are the perfect embellishments for more than just layouts. In her project, 2018 TN Cover, guest designer Mel Blackburn made them the star of the show on her Traveler's Notebook cover page. They make a great bold statement at the beginning of her notebook. 

Pam Baldwin showcased her transparency alphas in a big way as the title for her layout, Let Your Heart Be Light. By letting them take up half the page and combining them with the cutout heart, the transparencies bring this whole layout together perfectly. 

Mandie Pierce spelled out "hunt" to complete the title of her page, Tree Hunt. By including stitching to adhere the transparencies to her layout, she created texture and balance on her page.
