Sunday Sketch | Maggie Massey

This week our scrapbook sketch is a 9" x 12" layout featuring a layered patterned paper background with scattered embellishments around a verticle photo. Our notebook sketch has a verticle photo over patterned paper with journaling above and below it on the left page and a stacked title on the right. And our pocket page sketch features a 4" x 6" card with a list and heavy journaling and a 4" x 6" photo with embellishment. Marcy's project really caught my eye, and I thought the left side of the spread would make the perfect scrapbook page!

I started by picking out some of my favorite patterned paper from the main Scrapbook Kit. Then, I cut my background paper to 9" x 12" and added a large border to the top. Next, I printed out a recent photo of my son using my Instax printer and adhered that to my page. 

Then it was just a matter of choosing my favorite phrase strips and stamps from the "Pen Name" Add-On Kit and adding them on! Easy peasy!
