This one took advantage of one of my new favorite tools, Mr. Huey's Color Mists! I painted the card stock with two coats of navy acrylic craft paint (Martha Stewart Crafts Satin in Deep Sea) then misted several times Mr. Huey's in Calico White. After that, I took some of the wood veneer snowflakes I got in the DD kit and painted some white, coated some in silver glitter and left some plain. Stuck three of them on there with Zots and finally added the "Let It Snow" banner. I like that the mist gathered in one place. It reminds me of snow in streetlights...
