LOTW | Neela

Our Layout of the Week, Cute Baby, comes from our member Neela (username Neela). We love Neela's use of patterned paper, sequins, and stitching to add dimension and texture! To keep up with Neela and see more of her work, be sure to follow her here at SC.

Here's what Neela has to say about her project:

Thank you, SC members, for selecting my layout as the LOTW! It is so exciting. When I got the Alfresco Kit, the first thing that jumped out at me was the patterned paper with the daisies. I now have a little niece that I want to scrapbook about and I can use all sorts of flowery papers that I would hoard in the past. I had to use her cute photos along with that patterned paper. I also loved the flat red sequins. They matched so well with her dress. I am consciously using stamps these days. I loved the little phrase in the stamp set and stamped it repeatedly so that I created another pattern along with the sequins above the photo. I also stitched along the borders of the papers. The kit was so awesome that I had to get a project done right away.
