weekly challenge | Amy Tan

Hi everyone, it's Amy here with a super simple challenge for you. Since we all love (and are obsessed with) the stamps that come with our monthly kits, I thought it would be fun to add a little twist to it.

By stamping with shadow inks from Hero Arts, it creates a nicely saturated look. Then by simply adding some lines drawn with a pen, I was able to create a different look to the stamp. You can do this with letters, or partial details in icons, etc. It may even make you feel like an artist.

(supplies: kits: Double Scoop Scrapbook kit, Double Scoop Project Life kit, Sprinkles add-on; ink: Hero Arts Shadow Ink in Wet Cement; pen: Precision Pen in .03; adhesive: Dot Roller , foam tabs)

Let's see how you add a twist to your stamping! Share your new project for this challenge in the SC gallery, then link up your project here in this post by September 9th to be entered to win a $5 GC to the Studio Calico Shop!

Awesome challenge. Sometimes, I like to incorporate glitter on my stamps. Sometimes you need a little bling :)
