Sometimes we struggle using up the last bits and pieces of papers and stickers and what nots in your kit. Here's a fun idea to use up patterned paper scraps - create a fun frame for your photo using torn patterned paper strips! What to do with the pieces that stickers are housed in? Simply trim around the negative shape and use them as a brand new sticker - two for the price of one! Same goes with die cut shapes - trim and re-use!

Journaling says: Fox looooves chasing birds and making them fly away!
Here's a quick how to in case you're not able to watch the video right away! Mat a photo on white cardstock then adhere it to the middle of a gray patterned paper background. Tear patterned paper strips and layer them around the photo to create a fun frame. Place letter stickers directly on the photo to make the title, apply a geotag rub on next to the title, and frame it with bracket stickers. Trim a matrix wood veneer into pieces and tuck them under the photo to frame it. Trim the negative shapes from cork starbursts and a die cut star and tuck them into the layers. Place enamel dots and mini chipboard shapes around the torn papers as well as shown. Journal on a tag and tuck it under one of the paper layers. Drop white spray mist over and around the cork pieces. Hand stitch straight lines from the corners to the center using white floss to solidify the "frame" look.

A great idea! I make one last layout to "kill" my kit using almost all I have left. I call it my "play" layout!

thanks so much for sharing this idea. I love these videos to see how others scrapbook. I would have started from the outside to frame but now I can tell myself it is okay to start from the photo and work out.
