    it doesn't seem to matter how late i sit up till, i have never once been able to get any of the add ons. I very much feel that international customers are disadvantaged. Not only do we pay a fortune for shipping, but it takes a month for our kits to be delivered (I receive my kit for the previous month after the US customers have received the following months kit) and we are never able to get add-ons due to the time differences. If SC were serious about providing good customer service to all of their customers (not just the US based ones), a certain percentage of the add-on kits would be reserved for international customers. If they are not all purchased within a certain time period, they could then be offered for general sale. I know that SC would not be left at a disadvantage as in all of the facebook craft groups I belong to I hear people complaining that they are never able to purchase add-on kits as they are always all sold out before we even start our day over here. If anyone from studio calico is listening to this comment, I would welcome the opportunity to discuss this issue further and work with you to help you better understand your Australian customer. I know of many people who have cancelled their subscription due to the issues I have highlighted above. I have been close to doing so myself every month for the past 4 months!

    Don't worry international customers...I live over here in the states and I still can't figure out when the add-on kits become available and when I go to shop everything is already SOLD OUT!! SC knows the amount of member kits that go out each month, why can't they have that many or MORE of the add-on kits to go around! I TOTALLY get what you are saying and I sympathize with you!     I am international. No problems here so far. It has to do with the time zones, right? Ours makes it comfortable to join presale. I do not have to get up in the middle of the night to get my desired add-ons. I admit, I would think about the benefit of my subscription, if it was different.

    I am international and in the beginning, when i start to buy kits i couldn't get what i want. The time is good for me because when is noon est, here in Brazil is 13 pm, so we have only one hour difference (when we don't have summertime here than is two hours difference) But i confess that i take some time to understand that was at noon the presale and not at midnight LOL.
    But now when starts the presale i don't have this problem.

    I'm international and I don't feel disadvantaged at all. Presale is on at 6PM my time, which is a lot easier to arrange around than noon. I've been a subber for close to three years now and have only missed an addon at presale once, and I was able to get that at full reveal instead.

    I cancelled for the same reason, it was so frustrating to want something you couldn't get. I did mention the issue long ago and it never changed....

    This is my 3rd month and I'm also thinking to cancel after the 6months subscription,can't buy add ons and when there was a kit sale the package arrived without everything I ordered because the oversold! Returned my money but wanted the kit ;(

    I also cancelled for the reasons mentioned above. I WANT to be subscribed but the same issues happen month after month and make me crazy over scrapbook stuff...seems ridiculous. I'm still subbed to PL as I want a full year of kits but not sure of the future after that. I'm still a customer and place orders once in a while just don't like the whole rat race to get the kits I want when reveal rolls around. No hate here, just my opinion. :)

    I am not international, and as soon as I receive the email that add ons are available, I go to the site and they are either sold out or temporarily unavailable. The bundling option is also a joke, because everything is out of stock during that time frame, too. Studio Calico is either terrible at meeting demand or they are trying (unsuccessfully) to create demand. Either way, I am considering canceling my subscription as well. Shopping here is NOT a pleasant experience.

    I am glad I am not the only one, so frustrating, there has to be a way to purchase product without having to drop everything every month and still not be able to put anything in your cart. What gives? I am not ready to drop my subscription yet as I do love the main kits, still hoping someone is paying attention and addresses the issue presented here.

    I understand how frustrated everyone must feel. I want to mention that Studio Calico can actually be considered a small business, that started in 2007, and has nearly quadrupled in the last three years. Most of the items in the kits support small business owners/ independent designers that probably have limited supply options themselves. Other subscription companies do not have the same problems, because you could go into any store and buy the items yourself. What is so great about that? This is what make SC so special. They are doing the right thing, and have truly unique items. So please be gentle, they are juggling many things at once... from staffing issues (healthcare alone is a nightmare), supply/demand, increasing packaging/shipping costs, financial forecasting, trend forecasting, and of course, trying to keep us all happy at once with customer service. Give this business a chance. They will probably never catch their breath, or get a chance to scrap for themselves, but they will outgrow their growing pains.
