You do realize that digi downloads take away a lot of the experience of viewing, holding, and just taking in the whole fun of interacting with pretty papers. You no longer control the type of paper the creator intended the image be printed on--if you print a high grade cardstock image on multipurpose paper, what do you think you're going to get. True, you can make multiple copies if you make a "mistake." But those copies are costing you additional money in paper, toner, electricity and all user costs. I just bought a new Brother laser color printer. The high yield replacement toner cartridges are going to cost me more than the entire cost of the printer with low grade (which look pretty decent to me) cartridges installed. Anyone but me see the problem here? And I'm not a techno-phobe. I've been a techno-phile since the 70s. But I want my pretty papers in the form the maker intended them to be.

I know one of these days I will try to incorporate some fun digi designs into my projects although I still love the feel of paper in my hands I love the idea of learning new techniques. Just like mixed media it's just a little something more to add! I think I'm going to try this over the weekend! You are awesome Shanna!

I love the layout you made!! its awesome. Since you are like one of the Queens of Digi Scrappin, I am curious about your thoughts on Printers. I am having the hardest time making a decision about which printer to buy. I asked for one for Christmas but haven't picked one out yet haha! (it's driving me bonkers) ... anyways, if you could choose any home printer, to print photos, and digital elements, what would you choose? :) Meg
