Over the years as technology progressed, we've become so reliant on our phone to document our day to day life. I for one capture almost 99% of my photos with my iPhone and I think that is totally fine! Most of us don't want to miss out those once in a lifetime moment when it happens, so our phone has become our savior in documenting those memories. Here are 7 photo prompts to help fill in your Project Life® album :

: Set up your phone on a stable surface, turn on the self-timer and take a shot while you go about your day to day chores.

Get someone else to capture those moments of you and your family and friends. Never mind the imperfect shots, it's the moment that counts!

: Day photos are the easiest to capture with lots of natural lighting but night shots are even better. Move around to find a light source, you'll be amazed how it'll turn out!

: Include your pets. They're part of the family as well.

: Get yourself into the picture. What are you working on right now?

: Your days can be very mundane at your workplace. Every picture is worth documenting, even drinking coffee at your work table, checking emails, meetings, lunch breaks etc.

: What are you reading right now? What's your favorite book/magazine?
