A Week of Photo Prompts | Elise Blaha Cripe

Taking photos is my favorite part of the memory keeping process by far. Below are seven of my favorite prompts. I hope they inspire you. :)

SHOOT STRAIGHT DOWN

PUT THE CAMERA ON THE GROUND

LET THE SUBJECT BE PARTIALLY OUT OF THE FRAME

ISOLATE THE SUBJECT

CREATE A FRAME WITHIN A FRAME

LOOK FOR THE SHADOWS

HOLD THE SUBJECT IN YOUR HAND

We'd love to see your take on these prompts! Post them to the gallery or to instagram using the tag #SCphotoprompts.

Gorgeous pictures Elise, and very inspiring. I will have to try a few of these out for myself. I also am absolutely in LOVE with the cute outfit your daughter is wearing in your first shot. So colourful and happy!

    Worried about Fading Pictures

Hi, I have been scrapbooking since I was young but didn't realize there was a whole world of it until a year ago when I was pregnant with my daughter. Now, I'm going through an overwhelming sense of wow-there-is-SO-much syndrome.

Because of my perfectionist nature, I get stuck often!
My current road block is printing pictures. I don't know what the best way is, print at home or print through Persnickety Prints.

You use a Canon printer right? Aren't you worried that the pictures will fade with time?
