Use Your Project Life Cards in a Layout Video | Allison Waken
I love using the Project Life kit and add-ons to create easy traditional layouts. There are so many fun bits and pieces that it comes together fairly quickly and I get to use up what I didn't use in my Project Life album for the month.
Supplies: Walden Project Life Kit - cards, label, star, die cut washi; Finchburg Add On - stamp; Garland Road Add On - veneer; Thanksgiving Card Set; Holiday Stamp Set; Walden paper pad; other - tiny attacher, Stazon black
this is fabulous!! love the layering!

Pretty, but when you look at this layout in 10 years, what will it mean? There is no story, no meaning here (or if there is, it is so obscure that even you will have forgotten what it is). Words, people! Not printed ones, ones from your own brain and experience.

@kary13 I do write a few words about the photo on the backs of my layouts. I'm not a big writer, I like to tell stories through photos. This photo really has no big story. We go to the park often, he was looking at the ducks on the water and I took a photo because the lighting was pretty. It was an everyday moment and that's what was written on the back. Nothing deep, just a normal part of our week and a record of an "everyday moment".

Thanks Alison I love this! @Kary13 we all scrap differently, I love words most of the time but other times I just like making pretty things. Allison layouts are pretty and they are right for her, in the end that is all that matters. To say is has no meaning, I mean really? Don't judge others, just scrapbook the way you want to and let others scrapbook they way they like. As Ali says there is no right or wrong way!
