Holiday Photo Prompts | Kelly Noel, Allison Waken, and Amanda Caves

There is so much to see and do during the holidays, sometimes it's hard to slow down enough document it all. We asked some of our Creative Team members to offer up some holiday photo prompts to get you going this season. Get out your camera and get inspired!

Allison Waken

Hide. I wasn't sure what to call this prompt but hide in/behind something to capture a scene. It's a fun way to change up the perspective. You can take a photo through a Christmas tree, seasonal plants, a hole in a fence, gift wrapping piles, etc, etc.

Capture your family traditions. For us, some traditions include a trip to the Christmas Tree farm to cut down our tree, new Christmas pajamas each year, and riding around looking at Christmas lights in our pajamas.

Embrace the imperfection. I rarely get a picture of my mother and I, so last year I insisted. Of course, I had one little wild man who suddenly wanted to have his picture made as well, and I had to hold him back. I love the moment captured. It shows us perfectly.
