That was the best 12 minutes I've spent in a very long time. I love PL cards but have always felt that the system was too confining for me. I don't like to do the same thing twice. It's a quirk! But this is so liberating - a way to use all of the things I love and want to use with the PL cards I've collected. And the binder is genius!
I love it, have been debating doing something like this for this year only seasonal as a tend to get a little overwhelmed by the whole 12 x 12 thing and seeing this has just confirmed that it will be a big yes. Can't wait to get started, thanks for the inspiration.
Wow!!!!!! Thank you all so much for your kind words!! I am so humbled and actually quite speechless!!! Seriously. I am so touched that I have inspired you and I can't wait to see what you create!!! xoxoxo
Love it Stephanie, it's like December Daily rolled right on into January! Will be following your month to month through 2015. I have changed up my Memory Keeping in 2015 - I am always a bit sad when December is over as I really enjoy the creativity and use of so many supplies in my DD album... genius idea and if my shake up of PL doesn't pan out I know have a Plan B :)
Thanks so much for sharing! I also take too many photos and often MANY of one event! Trying to choose or fit them all in has been a challenge. I also collect memorabillia (drawers full of that stuff), but have trouble working it into my projects. I like how you worked in all those buts without the constraints of a traditional album. The album is beautiful, and eclectic yet cohesive. It offered a lot of solutions to problems I've been having, thanks!
Beautiful and brilliant! I so often get stuck trying to fit my life into the boxes - this is great! Thank you so much for taking the time to share your amazing talent with us.
I just had a chance to watch this and am so inspired. I keep a handbook as a kind of personal journal but had never thought about going outside the page protectors. Duh!
You are such a little genius, Stephanie. This just catapulted so many ideas for me. I love love LOVE this approach to PL. It looks so eclectic but streamlined and cohesive. Fabulous. I can't get over it.
