Make a Gift Basket with the Food Allergies Stamp Set | Allison Waken

I love making little gift baskets for friends. Especially friends who, like me, are gluten free and don't often receive food gifts simply because no one wants to get us sick! As soon as I saw the Food Allergies stamp I knew I'd be using it quite a bit for quick and easy gifts for friends!

Stamped parchment paper is a fun way to make a statement and an easy way to wrap a food gift! Start with a square of parchment paper, the food allergies stamp and solvent ink (so it won't smear).

I started with the "gluten free" stamp and stamped it 3 times before re-inking. I made a loose pattern across the entire piece of parchment paper (this is what I call a good TV-watching craft).

Then I added the wheat stamp and shadow next to each other for a fun pattern.

Last I added a few of the "no symbols" over the wheat image. You can wrap cookies straight in the parchment paper but I decided to use a mason jar to keep them from getting crumbly. You can find this cookie recipe on my blog.

Add the mason jar to a basket with the main ingredients to make the cookies along with a hand written recipe card and you have an easy, perfect gift for a friend!

Supplies: Kits - Galileo Project LifeĀ® Kit - recipe card, chipboard hearts; Milky Way - alpha sticker; Shooting Star - enamel dots; stamp - Food No-No's; Stazon Jet Black; Micron 01
