Updated Dates for Sneaks & Reveal
Tags:Along with the new site, we'll be shifting the dates of our monthly product sneak peek and reveal. Based off the feedback that sometimes our lingo isn't always intuitive and can be difficult for our newer members to know how it all works here, Sneak Peeks will now be referred to as "Preview".
A few notes about the new dates and times:
These dates and times are easier to remember.
They are during our business hours so we can serve our customer's needs more promptly.
By shortening the time between Preview and Reveal, we’re able to provide continued inspiration for the current kit.
We are still committed to shipping packages by the 10th. Bundling will occur between the 1st through the 5th. Subscription orders will be charged on the 6th.
The last day to cancel your subscription without incurring cancellation fees will be the 25th.
There will be additional products to purchase at Preview with no additional shipping and will be included in your subscription box.
Last Call will be the 4th through the 5th.
Starting in July, Classrooms will launch on the 22nd. June's class will launch on the 25th.

For all who are reading this blog, don't forget to check out the blog post from yesterday titled "New Site Coming Soon!". There is no such thing as a no shipping fee at Studio Calico anymore. They have embedded the shipping fee in the cost of the kits and increased their pricing. Don't take my word for it though. Go read the blog, April Foster's deceiving response, and the 96 comments that are currently posted there saying the same thing. Don't let Studio Calico take advantage of your customer loyalty. Stay informed of their manipulative marketing techniques.

I think the live chat for the presale starts at 11am, then the actual presale starts at noon.

Please reference the header for each section. The Subscriber Live Chat is at 11am, the Subscriber Presale Shopping is at Noon.

You have to look at the pictures. There are different times for LIVE CHAT and another box with SHOP. Both boxes say subscriber pre-sale. 11:00 a.m. for CHAT and 12:00 for SHOP.

Damn, the date change for reveal means I'll never receive the kit before the end of the month as an international now! Luckily I'm usually around a month behind! I'd like to know what the updated shipping cost for internationals is, maybe that might be an idea!
