Three years ago, we partnered with Becky Higgins, the creator of Project Life®, to bring you a monthly dose of inspiration and unique cards and embellishments to help you document your life. Our Project Life® kit has grown quickly to become one of Studio Calico’s most popular offerings and I have been so thrilled to see how our community uses the monthly kit products in unique and creative ways.

After an amazing three-year relationship with Becky Higgins and the Project Life® team, we discussed the respective evolution of our companies and after careful consideration on both sides, made the mutual decision to end our licensing agreement.

I understand you might be asking “if something is so popular, why end the relationship?” and the answer is that both of our companies have changed in the past three years. While we absolutely enjoy working together, our contract was ending and instead of renewing for another period of time, we decided it would be best to allow both of our brands the flexibility to continue to evolve in the years ahead.

On a personal note, Becky is a dear friend who pioneered the concept of Project Life®, inspiring thousands of women to document their lives. At the time our companies joined forces, we were both in a period of rapid growth and by joining our efforts, we created something really special together. I sincerely appreciate the opportunity we have had to work with the entire team at Project Life® during the past several years. While we are parting ways in our formal relationship, we will continue to support and encourage each other as this industry develops, just without anything formal in place. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR MY PROJECT LIFE® SUBSCRIPTION?
We love having you as a part of our Project Life® subscription and community and are committed to serving you with inspiration each month. Subscribers of the Project Life® subscription will transition to our Documenter kit (unless otherwise notified) which includes 4x6” and 3x4” journaling cards, along with a selection of embellishments designed to coordinate together allowing you to spend less time in the aisles of a craft store and more time documenting the moments of your life. In addition, this kit ships free and you can add other supplies to your order without incurring shipping fees*. As a thank you for continuing as a subscriber, you’ll receive $20 off during our Black Friday sale.

If I’m currently a Project Life® subscriber, what will I receive in the mail if I do nothing?
If no action is taken, your subscription will be changed to the Documenter Kit. You have until 11/23/15 at 11:59pm EST to cancel your subscription without penalty.

What does this change mean for my subscription?
Your subscription pricing and terms are the same with the Documenter kit. If you choose to go to a Scrapbook, Stationery or Planner kit then your pricing may change accordingly but your terms will be the same.

Will there still be the same selection of add-ons and add-on kits?
Yes, absolutely.

Will my Rewards status be affected during this transition?
No. If you are currently a Rewards member, you will remain so after this transition. All months purchased in the Project Life® subscription will transfer to a new subscription so if you were almost at Rewards status, you’ll continue to accumulate towards Rewards status.

Can I switch to a different subscription and keep my Rewards status?
Yes. Whether you choose to select a new subscription or be automatically transferred to the Documenter kit, your Rewards status will transfer. You will retain your current commitment as well.

Can I transfer my Rewards status to another subscription I currently have with Studio Calico?
