It's my favorite time of the week again -- yep, it's time for the Sunday Sketch! I love the sketches so much, they really jumpstart my creativity.

Today I'll be using the scrapbook sketch to make -- yep, you guessed it -- a card! I just love how Lisa T put her title all big and bold down the side like that, plus all the little squares of color.

For my card, I cut the "you're" and "fun" out of black glitter paper to achieve that same bold look. I'd never have thought to do this without the sketch! Then I stitched them in place.

Next, I was inspired by Lisa's layout to bust out my typewriter and an oldie but goodie roller date stamp. I can't wait to give this card to my husband! I'm gonna pop it in the mail for an extra surprise. :)
