Video | Using Roman Holiday in a Traveler's Notebook with Theresa Doan

Hi, everyone! Theresa here to share a process video with you! It's a new year, and I wanted to start a fresh new traveler's notebook for 2017. In this video, I will show you how I used a few cards and embellishments from the Roman Holiday Documenter Kit to create a title page for my new traveler's notebook.

All of Studio Calico's kits are so versatile, you can really stretch the kits over a wide variety of projects each month - covering more types of projects than just what the kit was intended for. The contents of the Documenter Kits are perfect for smaller layouts, like memory planners and traveler's notebooks. 

If you would like to print the journaling for your next traveler's notebook layout rather than handwriting it, it just takes a few simple steps: 

• In Microsoft Word (or Pages, if you're using a Mac), use the "columns" option to split your document into two columns 
• Change the left and right margins on your document to 0.25" 
• After you print your journaling, cut the page down to 4" x 8" and adhere it to your layout
