Using the Let's Go Kits with Carla De Taboada

Hello, hello, my sweet friends! It’s Carla here, and I’m so glad to be sharing another project with you! Today I would like to share my weekly spread in my Webster’s Pages planner using the "Let’s Go" Planner Kit!

As you can see, I love to plan in a creative way! For me, a planner spread it’s more than just a list of things that I have to do or appointments that I have to cross out. For me, each weekly spread is part of my story; it’s part of who I am, and that’s why I love to make it unique! My favorite things from August’s Planner Kit are the patterned papers and the stamp set! This time, I stamped my stamps on sticker paper using a variety of ink colors, and then I cut them out and added them directly on my inserts. Now I have a bunch of planner stickers to use at any time!

I also played a little bit with my papers. First, I made a mini envelope where I can add little notes. And as I covered my days with it, I punched a couple of circles and used the day words that I cut out from a journaling card from the Let’s Go Documenter Kit to add Tuesday and Wednesday again. I also made a tag to add a couple of photos. And I love how it turned out! I used the School stamp set by Hello Forever to stamp a lovely quote by Benjamin Franklin, which fits perfectly with this photo.

For the rest of my spread, I continued using the circle shapes, added a stamp from the Documenter Kit to the photo on the back of my tag, and added a fly leaf that I stapled with that noted tag die-cut, just in case I need some extra space for some sticky notes.

I added a quick reminder for my grocery list with that fun stamp set by Jasmine Jones! I used a piece of watercolor cardstock that I painted beforehand as a background. And then I added another one that I painted, inspired by one of the patterned papers, to embellish the bottom of my page. I love to mix and match the different supplies from the Studio Calico kits! I really hope you enjoyed this planner spread and that you can find some useful ideas to use yours, too! For more ideas on how to use your Planner Kit, be sure to visit my gallery. Also, this month I’ll be sharing tons of ideas in the Let's Go Planner Kit Workshop! Yay! Hope to see you there! Happy planning! ♥

I no longer use a planner, but this is a fabulous spread. I think it would be great to open your planner and have this greet you. I love the tag the most! Thanks for sharing such a fun and inspiring project.
