This week our scrapbook sketch is a 9" x 11" layout featuring a large photo in the upper half of the page with patterned paper strips below and a tag with heavy journaling. Our notebook sketch has a row of stamped images across the bottom of both pages with a small photo and title on the right page. And our pocket page sketch features a 3" x 4" card with journaling and a 4" x 6" photo with round and banner chipboard embellishments in the upper left-hand corner. Creative Team member Kelly Noel is joining us this week and sharing her take on the week's scrapbook sketch! Be sure to follow Kelly here at SC to see more of her work and keep up with her.
Our scrapbook sketch comes from Pam Baldwin's Candyland Scrapbook Kit - Love You layout:

And here's Kelly's take on our scrapbook sketch:
I love using sketches as jumping-off points for my projects. For this layout, I was inspired by Pam's sketch. I mimicked the stripes at the bottom of her sketch here with simple patterned paper strips.
The tag shape which housed her journaling was the perfect spot for a photo strip of three photos. Instead of using a tag for journaling like Pam did, I stuck one underneath my title for a little more interest.
