Hello, SC friends! I'm here today to share a simple page I created with the "Hey Girl" Scrapbook Kit. This kit is so bright and fun and I love the powerful "girl power" message behind the entire theme of the kit. I have three boys who are pretty good subjects when it comes to taking photos, so I'm not often without photos to document. Sometimes I forget that my stories are important too. This kit was a great reminder to document something that was important to me—my best girlfriends! I'm so fortunate to have such wonderful friends who support each other, lift each other up, and who I can just have a great time with. The elements in this kit were perfect for this page documenting 10 years of friendship with these girls. The clear stickers were my inspiration for the page.
In this video, I'll share my process for putting this page together from start to finish.
Tips & Tricks:
- Use small amounts of tape runner adhesive to adhere vellum to your page. If you use small amounts, it won't show through.
- Make your clear stickers stand out by adhering them to brightly colored cardstock.
- Overlap your title for added interest. Mix different alphabets and elements to create a more dynamic title.
