So I took great liberty using the "This is where I want to be" stamp on this page... but it's where my boys want to be, so it'll do.

I started by layering a rectangle of papers and placing my photo in the top right. I filled in the left side and the bottom with rows and columns of embellishments.

I removed the adhesive from the green smily face tag (he totally looks like a lego face).
