Hi there! Today I'm sharing a layout using the new South of Market collection. I have a couple tips on using "busier" patterned papers on your page as well as a way to fake some script chalkboard word art. Come watch this start-to-finish video and let me know your favorite part of South of Market!

Supplies :patterned paper, label stickersenamel dotscork shapes and chipboard alphas - Studio Calico South of Market; mini letter stickers - Studio Calico Color Theory; Silhouette Cameo; other - fabric and floss
NOTE : South of Market should be arriving in the Studio Calico Shop later this month!

Love it! It's nice to know I'm not the only one who second guesses something I've put down.

Lovely Nicole! Loved how you made a clear canvas on a large busy print.

Great Layout! Is there anything you put over the chalk to make sure it doesn't rub off?

@saramitchell09 I didn't add anything over it. The chalk stays pretty well as long as you don't try to rub it off. :)

PS Has anyone from HQ tried that pie recipe that's printed on the paper?

Thanks for sharing your process @NicoleS ..... even the things that didn't quite work out. Comforting to know I'm not the only one who tries things out and then changes my mind and then has to take it all off and try something new. I'm also a 'stick it down right at the end' type of person!
