I liked the background paper with the grid as my main cardstock. I like how the grid grounded the layout. I wanted to be able to layer and tuck pieces as I went so my base started with the gold cross washi. That would be where the bottom of my photo would sit and top of my memorabilia would begin. I used the thick chipboard (the numbers) next to the tickets and since there was a thickness difference, I used pop dots to match them up. I love those big black letter cards in the Pop Art Main Scrapbook kit but didn't want them to cover up too much of my memorabilia so I cut them out so you can still see the tickets peeking through.
I felt like the photo needed a little color so I took the yellow cardstock from the Pop Art Main Kit and matted it. I wanted another little pattern layer so I tucked in a scrap piece of the cross paper behind the photo. Then I took a 1 inch circle punch and punched out a few patterned pieces from leftover scrap paper.
Now comes the part where I start gluing things down and embellishing. I had some leftover die cut asteriks, they went in the mix! Pop dotting a few of the circles, tucking some in, gives a little variety. I added the letter stickers to say Team Coco as that's Conan O'Brian's social media tag. Just needed a few stamping elements and some handwritten journaling, and DONE! I love how it turned out. I am especially proud that I got my memorabilia down on a page, instead of it floating on my desk, waiting to be lost!

Thanks so much for watching and reading about my process!
