Weekly Challenge | Rockermorsan

This week, our member Magdalena (Rockermorsan), wants you to create a project utilizing an image from the Web. Our members are so talented and we love seeing your work in the gallery! Check back each week as we ask one of our members to inspire you with a challenge based on one of their projects from our member gallery. Be sure to visit Magdalena to see more of her work and keep up with her.

Hello, I am Magdalena and I'm bringing you the weekly challenge today. As I was putting this PL page about a family date night together I found that I was missing photos to fill an entire page. When this happens I often try to find an image on the net that correlates to what I was doing at the time. I found a movie poster that I edited to fit on the the right half of a 4x6 photo, and attached our ticked stubs to the left side.

My challenge to you is to find a web image and add it to a layout or PL spread. It might be a movie poster, a news item or a book cover. Anything that you can use to tell a story about you now!

Now it’s your turn to create a project based on Magdalena's challenge! Share your new project for the challenge in the Studio Calico gallery (add the hashtag #SCchallenge to make it easier to find!), then link up your project in the comments of this post by November 2nd to be entered to win a $5 gift card to the Studio Calico Shop! This week's challenge winner will be announced in the November 7th Layout of the Week post.
